The Art of Pilates specializes in personal training. Private sessions, duo sessions, and small group classes (3-6 people Max). We follow the STOTT Pilates method of training and work to strengthen your core, build long lean muscles, improve flexibility and balance.
Our goal is to help you optimize your musculoskeletal performance – strength, flexibility, and performance – without risking injury or building bulk.
We offer all levels of training from essential/beginner to advanced.

Pilates has completely changed my body. I have always been athletic - ing and conditioning have both been part of my lifestyle. However, nothing has given me the strength, stability and control that I have achieved with Pilates practice. Melanie’s knowledge and instruction is very personalized. She is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor so it is comforting to know she went through their rigorous training (it is also very evident when she is cueing your movements). It’s a curated workout, tailored to fit your specific needs Melanie does a great job of incorporating a variety of exercises and modifications so the workouts are always fresh. This, coupled with the progress I continue to see through my practice, keeps me truly dedicated to Pilates.
I was looking for an exercise that would improve my overall health and still enjoy. Six years later I'm still taking Pilates and Melanie has been apart of it all the way. Melanie is an excellent instructor and truly cares about her clients wellbeing.
